My Client is looking for a exceptional Head Chef for there 4* Hotel based overlooking the stunning beaches of Dorset. With an eye for detail you will be in charge of the brigade of 9 delivering high standards of service for the hotels 200+ guests, weddings and corporate events within its three function rooms for numbers up to 300.
The ideal applicant should possess the relevant expertise and credits to lead the brigade and deliver food to the highest caliber. Previous experience of a similar management background of a minimum of 3 years.
