Our Client is looking for a classic trained head chef, so if you can get your kitchen mise en place, cook a blanc , and with a twist of the med then we like to hear from you.  A Head chef is wanted for a bistro / restaurant in Harlow in London, experience of cooking French classics is required and if you have a little experience of cooking Mediterranean food as well that would be a great advantage.
Looking for a classically trained French food experienced Chef to fill this great position.
We are accepting applications from either a current head chef or a second chef looking for promotion
Salary of £3,000 per calendar month plus tips
