Relief Head Chef required for all of December in Kent. You will be working straight shifts 10 – 9 ish, as and when required.

As a experienced head chef you will be required to take full control of the kitchen. The work involves providing light lunches and snacks and be able to do Christmas function work on Fridays and Saturdays for 130 guests. You will be required to do all ordering, etc. There is potential for permanent employment.

Work is on a self employed basis and earning potential is based on your skill level. Your wage per hour and role suitability will be dependent on your overall experience. We will require you to have references from a professional check-able employment background. You must be registered as self employed or own a company.

Our clients make the temporary call in all areas of Kent and London, as a relief chef you may be called to fill an appointment at a moments notice. We as an agency strive to provide great relief chefs and you will ideally need your own transport as some assignments may not provide accommodation.
