Our Client is looking for a skilled and passionate Sous chef to work along side our talented Head chef in a beach front location.
The kitchen prides itself on using freshly prepared seasonal menus and daily specials cooked from scratch.
The ideal candidate should possess a passion for cooking from freshly prepared produce. You should be reliable, considerate, punctual with a eye for detail and maintaining standards.
Ideally you should have had experience in a high volume quality kitchen and keep your calm when it gets busy.
A keen leader you should work well under pressure and lead by example. Being able to motivate and train junior members of the team, support the Head chef and lead the kitchen on there days off.
This is a all year round position and is a popular function venue.
We are looking for an existing Sous chef but would consider a strong CDP looking to expand there career.
