We are looking for a great Sous Chef for 2 rosette establishment in Bournemouth with stunning views overlooking the beaches of Dorset.
With an eye for detail you will help oversee a brigade delivering high standards of service for up to 100 guests. The venue also popular with events for weddings and corporate up to 250.
The ideal applicant should possess the relevant professional expertise and credentials to lead the brigade and deliver food to the highest caliber.
The kitchen takes pride on delivering food from scratch using the very best of local produce.
This exceptional kitchen team has a great team ethic and is looking for a team member to mentor and develop the kitchen and bring new ideas to the table.
Previous experience of a similar sous chef background with a minimum of 2 years in rosette kitchens.
